BOUDOIR
FAQ’S
How much is a session?
A full hour session is $350. This includes your pre-consultation, preparation + online outfit shopping assistance, shooting time and a private online proofing gallery. Each image is hand edited to perfection for magazine quality results. Private online galleries will have a minimum of 25 images. The session fee includes my time and talent at a location of your preference and a $25 print credit to use towards prints or albums. I often do these sessions in a clients’ home or at a client arranged rental property or hotel room. Remote, private wooded areas are also fun!
A travel fee of $20/hour of drive time is billed in 15 minute increments and applied to sessions taking place more than 20 miles from Latham, NY.
Do you offer hair + makeup?
YES!
I always recommend having a professional prepare you to feel amazing, unless you have the skills and desire to do your own and feel great about it! Minimal stress beforehand is key. It’s always nice to just sit back, sip some champagne and settle your nerves while someone else takes care of the work. It will amplify confidence and give a sassy boost that will radiate through the images.
I have a hair and makeup artist that I love and work with regularly available for private sessions, as well as private parties. Aubrey is a phenomenal HMUA and former lingerie model who also brings along a ton of accessories to look through that you’d be welcome to use. She knows how to get that photo-ready look for any vibe. She’s also there for quick posing guidance and tips from her modeling experience before we begin shooting. I love when we get to work together, it’s magical and you will find a bunch of her images in my portfolio.
Full Hair + Makeup with Lashes. $95
Hair Only $45

Lashes + Application $10
Did you say parties?
I did! There is nothing I love more than a day packed with boudoir shoots. When your friends are joining in on the fun, cheering each other on and emerging from comfort zones together, it is such a good time and a very memorable experience. You can earn a complementary session and discounted perks for all involved when booking a girls day at your preferred location. When a full party day of 6 shoots is booked, the hostess shoot drops to $100 with a $100 print credit. For smaller parties or even just you and your best friend, the hostess earns 10% off of her session for each friend who books. Based on what HMUA services are desired all together, the stylist will also customize a discounted rate for full parties.
Location, a 20% retainer fee at booking, securing shoots and any beverages and refreshments must be provided by the hostess.
What do I wear?
A full session is great for 2-3 outfits, but you can have any number you’d like within your session time. If you aren’t super comfortable in front of the camera and this is your first experience, I’d plan for 2 solid looks to spend more time focusing on getting comfortable and nailing poses.
To start planning, I always recommend picking 2-3 different styles/categories that you want to play with. Sexy, cozy, kinky, sporty, natural/nude, badass, pin-up, dominatrix, sexy librarian, cosplay, etc. Have fun with it! Then pull some things you already have to work with and build off it, or start from scratch and start browsing online for some fun new stuff. I am a huge fan of accessorizing for quick look changes. Blazers, leather jackets, kimonos, sexy robes and jewelry are always great to have on hand. The more you bring to play with, the more diverse your gallery of images will be! A bra you feel great in and cheeky style panties are always great to bring along. If gifting for someone special, incorporating something of theirs is very popular, whether it be part of their uniform, button-up shirt or favorite pair of socks.
How else can I prepare?
You really could show up with nothing if booking my HMUA as well. Between the two of us, we’d have anything you’d need for a knockout shoot. Here are some various things you could also do to maximize your experience and how you’re feeling.
Make sure you have a solid hair and makeup plan.
Moisturize daily and drink lots of water. Cut your weight in half and drink that number in ounces every day. Vitamins also help in skin radiance.
Don’t stress if your outfits aren’t fitting perfectly. From pinning, tucking and photoshopping, try to let me know what concerns you may be having beforehand, so I can help make you feel better in what you have to work with. Most lingerie sizing is bullshit, its better to order a size up than too small. I’m always happy to help find something that fits the vibe you want. At the beginning of your session, we will go through what you have and get your looks all mapped out together and see if anything needs tweaking.
Cut the tags beforehand from any sheer lingerie, bras, panties.
Hair removal- while not mandatory to be baby smooth, it really helps with confidence. I can photoshop a full armpit of stubble and take care of any missed eyebrow plucking, so it’s nothing to stress over if running behind. However, a clean shave or wax not only results in super smooth looking skin, but helps with how you’re feeling in the moment.
Practice posing in the mirror, especially facial expressions. Blast some music and pretend that you’re an Instagram influencer. We all have a face we use when applying makeup or taking our own pictures with a phone, I call this your “Selfie Face.” We will summon it during your shoot, no doubt. There is no need to have certain poses in mind, that’s my job. I recommend this to get a feel for how you’re using your facial muscles. I know that when I smile a certain way or raise my eyebrows too high, I get forehead lines that I don’t love, so I try to focus on relaxing those features more.
On the morning of your shoot, have a light, healthy meal and drink your water. Avoid wearing a tight bra, glasses or tight waisted pants to prevent indentation in your skin. Wear a button or zip up shirt before hair and makeup are applied. Eye drops can help for clear, vivid eyes. If planning to sip on an adult beverage to ease the nerves, try keep it minimal as it can effect your eyes and ability to follow posing instruction. It’s really best to avoid heavy drinking in the 2-3 days leading up to your shoot to prevent puffiness, bloat and feeling not so hot. Getting in some yoga, a good booty workout or stretching never hurts and usually pumps up some good energy that will shine through in your photos.
Talk to me. Let me know if there are certain things you tend to not love in photos of yourself. Not one single human on earth has a perfectly symmetrical face. I personally have a very droopy eyelid, uneven nostrils and a crooked smile. If I’m being honest, most people do in images when we are freezing a fleeting moment. It’s the human in us. The biggest insecurities brought to my attention are uneven eyes, crooked smiles, hating profile, imperfect teeth and weight gain. When I know your concerns, I can better pose and direct you to be as happy with your images as possible. It also helps me with post production and editing your final images. Feeling nervous or any kind of anxiety? Text me any time to work through it! 518-225-1661
Be excited. This is a big plunge to take and something that will leave you feeling really badass and empowered.
I promise.
How do i book?
Reach out and let me know what you have in mind! I have weekend availability as well as weekdays from 11:00am-1:00pm or from 6:00pm until sunset. A non-refundable $50 retainer fee for an individual session is due at booking. For full parties, and a non refundable $450 retainer is required at booking to secure the date and HMUA if needed for up to 6 shoots. A 48 hour cancellation notice is required to reschedule. The initial retainer fee can be carried over to hold one rescheduled date. A service agreement that maps out the details will be sent via email to sign electronically before your shoot.
will you share naked photos of me all over the internet?
Hell, no. Only if you give me written permission on specified images. You’ll never find a boudoir image published online that I haven’t had approval on from my subjects. I value privacy immensely. I don’t post boudoir often on social media, as it tends to not flow with the wedding and family vibes I have on there. I do have a portfolio full of images for you to look through and get a better sense of my style and perhaps some inspiration for planning your looks! There’s also a folder in there of retouching before and afters. Each final image is usually processed for 30-40 minutes and transformed into a gorgeous piece of fine art.

speaking of final images, how does that work?
Once your images are all edited, they will be uploaded to a private, password protected online gallery. From there you’ll be able select favorites and then redeem your digital/print credit on whichever products you prefer. Digital downloads are available at cost and include print consent, however I always advise being careful with whom and what lab you send your digitals to. I can only guarantee privacy and the quality of products ordered through my lab. Most commercial labs will not print any nudity, booties or breasts. I offer a wide range of affordable fine art prints, metal prints, canvas wraps, as well as custom designed accordion albums, softcover flip books and luxurious lay-flat albums. I’m always in awe when they are delivered and the museum like quality. To me, a professionally printed product is the best investment you can make.
WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU OFFER?
I offer a wide range of affordable fine art prints, metal prints, canvas wraps, as well as custom designed accordion albums, softcover flip books and luxurious lay-flat albums. All products are custom designed and prepared by myself and sent to my preferred lab which used only professional, archival materials. I’m always in awe when they are delivered and the museum like quality. To me, a professionally printed product is the best investment you can make when putting in so much effort for the shoot and everything to prepare.
If you have any other questions, feel free to shoot them my way!
