Wedding + Elopement

Step One: Circle back via email to book a virtual consultation.

Step Two: Complete a pre-consultation form prior to meeting to help maximize our time together.

Step Three: After we meet virtually or by phone call, a proposal for your desired coverage along with a copy of my contract will be sent to review and ask any further questions.

Step Four: To secure your wedding date, a 20% retainer fee is required within two weeks of electronically signing your contract.

Step Five: Once your retainer fee is submitted, you will receive my Wedding Timeline Planning Guide and a directory to other wonderful wedding industry vendors that I work with frequently.

Step Six: Submit your Wedding Planning Guide 6 weeks prior to your wedding date.

Step Seven: You’ll receive a draft of your timeline and family/wedding party photo shot-list to review and edit 4-5 weeks prior to your wedding. We will also set up our Virtual Final Details meeting.

Step Eight: We will also set up our Virtual Final Details meeting once the timeline draft has been reviewed.

Step Nine: Two weeks prior to your wedding, your remaining balance will be due and we will have our final details meeting to firm up any loose ends.

Step Ten: Time to get married!!!!

On the big day, I arrive about 45 minutes before coverage start time to touch base with other vendors, scope out the grounds and lighting on site, while getting my gear situated to be ready to rock on time.

During your coverage time, I will direct as needed during designated portrait times, otherwise focusing on a blend of artful details, candid moments, casual group shots of guests and their reactions during the ceremony and formalities. I strive to capture true emotions and the moments the Newlyweds often miss seeing during the day. I will offer gentle reminders to keep the timeline on track and step in when I can be of help in other ways to keep things running smoothly.

15 minutes before your coverage time is due to end, I will touch base to see if there’s anything more I can do and if you would like to extend coverage. Additional coverage is invoice separately the day after the wedding.

Standard turn-around time for your online gallery is four to six weeks. Expedited editing for a two week turn around is available for $500 and must be purchased within 48 hours of your wedding coverage end time.
